1 Crossbeam and end frame The crossbeam adopts a square tube steel plate welded structure, which has good overall rigidity and high strength. Each guide surface has been precision machined to ensure the correct positioning of each moving body. The unilateral drive of the two ends of the frame adopts a pull-open three-point positioning, and the bilateral drive adopts a symmetrical treatment, and the center of gravity is stable, which ensures a good dynamic balance. All welded parts are stress-relieved, effectively preventing structural deformation.
2 Rails The longitudinal rails are made of 24KG rails, and the top surface and both sides are precisely processed by a special grinder. The horizontal guide rail adopts double-axis spindle linear rack guide rail, which has high precision, easy maintenance and durability.
3 Transmission The vertical and horizontal transmission adopts rack and pinion meshing, and is equipped with imported precision planetary gearbox deceleration. It has the characteristics of high output torque, low noise, long-life lubrication, etc., so as to achieve high-precision positioning transmission.
4 Air circuit All air circuits are centrally controlled by the central air distributio system, equipped with solenoid valves,
control valves, and continuous pulse automatic igniter, which can easily realize artificial intelligence control.
5 Cutting torch The cutting torch assembly consists of a movable seat, a lifting device, a motor, a cutting torch, a holder, a gas valve, and a flexible hose. There are three ways to adjust the height of the cutting torch: manual, electric and automatic (optional). When it is automatic, the cutting torch will automatically adjust with the height of the steel plate to ensure the cutting quality.
